Bib numbers

Bib numbers for individual participants
If you registered before 15 August, your first name will appear on your bib. On the day of the event, you can collect your physical bib number at the event site. In the week leading up to the event, you will receive an email with your assigned bib number, which serves as your collection proof.

Bib numbers for group participants
Group bib numbers can be collected in one package by the group leader on 7 September at the event site. Coordinate with your group leader to find out how you will receive your bib. Group registration is available for 10 or more participants per distance.

Fill in the medical passport
For your own safety, you are strongly requested to fill in the medical passport on the back of the bib number. You must wear your bib number on your chest. The bib number is personal and non-transferable. In the event of an emergency, your bib number serves as a medical passport.

To take part in the event responsibly, proper preparation is essential. In addition, it is important that you listen carefully to your body during and after your running performance. Read all the advice on this page to help you enjoy your run well-prepared.

Can I take my backpack or camel bag into the start box?
We advise you to come to the start in running clothes. It is not permitted to take bags/backpacks into the start box (with the exception of camel bags) or to leave them unattended around the event site or course. Anything left unattended will be removed and discarded for safety reasons.

Is there a place where I can change during the event?
Bag drop (€2.50) is available on the event grounds. If you wish to use the bag drop, you must purchase this option during your registration.

There are no changing facilities available.

Is there time registration?
At all distances (with the exception of the Mini Run), your time will be recorded. On the back of your race number, you’ll find an electronic chip and a plastic spacer. The chip makes timing straightforward—just ensure you wear your race number correctly.

Information to ensure good time registration:

  • Wear your starting number visibly on your chest. Do not cover the bib number with a jacket or with your hands while passing the mats at the start and finish line. These mats detect the signal from the chip (also be mindful when pressing your own stopwatch at the start and finish lines).
  • Do not fold or wrinkle the bib number. Certainly not where the chip is.
  • Use four pins on the corners of the bib number, do not drill through the chip.
  • Do not remove the plastic spacer.

The tags do not need to be returned after the race; you can keep your race number (with chip) as a souvenir or dispose of it with regular waste (plastic).

What is the official result?
The official result is based on gross time, which starts when the starting gun is fired and stops when the runner crosses the finish line.
The results also show your net time, which is your personal finish time. Net time starts when you cross the mat at the start line and stops when you cross the mat at the finish.

What are the time limits?

  • Half Marathon: 2 hours and 30 minutes
  • 10 KM: 1 hour and 20 minutes
  • 5 KM: 45 minutes
  • Mini Run: 20 minutes

Where are the toilets located?
Toilets are available in the start and finish area.

Which aid stations are there along the course?
First aid staff will be positioned along the course to assist participants in case of any issues. On the 10K and Half Marathon routes, there will be a refreshment station with water and sports drinks approximately every 5 km.

After the finish, participants of all distances will receive water.
